I got up early on Christmas and this is some of what I was greeted with on the beach near Grassy Head! Included in this post are some shots of a cute little Eastern dwarf tree frog which I took with a little flash and some gum blossom wet from the rain at the camp where we were staying, and a couple from a creek up at the Yarrahappini National Park – of a barely submerged leaf and some flotsom that had gathered ‘down-wind’ of a rock (photographed looking down beside a rock). I threw a pic in of the fam damily – at least the centre piece of the last formal shot. I have labelled it ‘revenge’. 007 had been harassing his aunty with his water pistols. True to her name, she found fulfillment in pouring water over him as the camera did its work! I just cropped the relevant section. So, here are the pics – I hope you enjoy them. Any feedback is welcome. I used my 105mm micro, the 35-70mm and a Tokina 11-17 lens.

Tim the colours are amazing, I did not think you could capture the beauty God gives us on a camera but I see you can. The detail you have in these photos is great. It will inspire Veronica to start photography and hopefully develop a new hobby.
Thank you for this site.
